The air conditioning barely functions, which can be annoying if you're not a fan of stuffiness. One operational elevator for the whole hotel leads to some serious wait times, especially in the morning when everyone is scrambling. The lack of a minibar or refrigerator in the room might feel inconvenient if you like to keep snacks or drinks on hand, making it feel a bit less hospitable than expected.
